Information we collect
When you create or use a ProviderDock account, we process workspace identity, tenant configuration, provider-connection metadata, API-token metadata, and routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. Provider credentials are encrypted, and gateway prompts and responses are not persisted.
How we use information
We use account and operational information to provide, secure, support, and improve ProviderDock; authenticate users; route requests; enforce limits; and deliver requested operational notifications.
Service providers
We use infrastructure, identity, database, and communication providers, including Vercel, Clerk, Neon, and Resend, to operate and secure the service.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from product emails at any time. You may also request access to or deletion of information you submitted by emailing privacy@providerdock.com.
