Accessibility Statement

Last updated August 2, 2026

Our commitment

ProviderDock is designed so people can use the marketing site and authenticated console with a keyboard, screen reader, magnification, high-contrast settings, and reduced-motion preferences.

Standards and testing

We target the applicable Revised Section 508 web requirements and WCAG Level A and AA success criteria. Automated checks are combined with keyboard, focus-order, zoom, contrast, and assistive-technology reviews because automated tools cannot identify every accessibility barrier.

Current accessibility features

  • Skip links and semantic page landmarks.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, tables, and modal dialogs.
  • Visible focus indicators and status messages announced to assistive technology.
  • Text alternatives for charts and status information that does not rely on color alone.
  • Support for reduced motion, browser zoom, and forced-color modes.

Report an accessibility issue

Email accessibility@providerdock.com with the page, feature, assistive technology, and problem you encountered. We will acknowledge accessibility reports and prioritize barriers that prevent task completion.

Alternative access

When a feature is not accessible to you, contact us at accessibility@providerdock.com and we will provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while the issue is corrected.
